Home Packages
Our "Home/Lot Packages" are model homes where all the ground work has already been done and the design process is already done. Each of our Models also have different upgrades and options to choose from. We have 9 models starting in the price range of the low 200's to the mid 300's. Pricing is based off of the standard models. We can also build a custom home for you, see our Custom Homes page.
