REFERRAL PROGRAM

We at Freedom Home Group realize that a satisfied customer is the key to our success.  We are dedicated to making the building experience for you a pleasurable experience from the beginning to the end and beyond.  We also know that you have friends and family that might want to build a new home sometime.  So we have a referral program in place.  Here is how it works:

 

Refer a friend and when they close on their new home you will receive $400.00.

 

Refer a second friend and when they close on their new home you will receive $600.00.
Third and additional friends referred, you will receive $800.00 when they close on their new home.

 

If you are a previous customer and you want to have another home built, you can refer yourself and you will receive $1,000.00 towards your closing costs.

Terms and Conditions

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The referral friend must supply your information:  Name, Address, Phone, Email, etc. at the first meeting with Freedom Home Group LLC in order to qualify for the referral program.
  • Employees and listing agents of Freedom Home Group LLC and the immediate members of each are ineligible
  • The recipient is responsible for all local, country, state and federal taxes on any "referral fees" given as a result of this program.  In the event "referral fees" exceed $599.99 US dollars over the course of one calendar year from January 1 to December 31, Freedom Home Group LLC will require tax identification forms to be signed and returned to Freedom Home Group LLC prior to any "referral fees" being paid.
  • Receive an unlimited number of "referral fees" however no more than one will be paid foreach friend or relative referred.
  • Freedom Home Group LLC may terminate this program at any time.
  • Freedom Home Group LLC may deny any request for payment of "referral fees" for any reason.
  • This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void, where prohibited.
  • Some restrictions may apply.
  • Must be a Montana resident.
